Understanding fear and a simple way to overcome it using your subconscious mind, Everything summed up in just four points.

Do you have stage fright? Are you afraid of failing in whatever you want to achieve? Do you have any phobias? All these fears can be overcome if you try a simple technique of using your subconscious mind!

1.Know what is fear?

Fear is just a state of mind! Its is said to be people's greatest enemy. Fear is behind failure,sickness and all that is unpleasant around you. Many people are afraid of the future, old age, sickness, darkness etc. But fear is just a thought in your mind. This means you are afraid of your own thoughts.










2. Understand it

There are two types of fear,Normal and abnormal fear

  • Normal Fear
Normal fear is good. When you are crossing the road and if  you hear a vehicle coming towards you, You step aside to survive. The fear of being run over helped you make a quick decision.

  • Abnormal Fear
Abnormal fear is a type of fear which is created by a weak mind and has no existence.For example
When exam dates come closer, you may create thought in your mind that you will forget everything what you have studied.This will turn into reality unless it is suppressed.







3. Examine it


The next step in overcoming fear is to examine which type of fear is it. You should be aware of
source of fear . This will help you in overcoming it!








4. Overcome it!

The technique is very simple, whichever fear you are having you must first picture it mentally and then perform it physically! finding hard to follow? Let me explain with an example

suppose you have to speak in front of hundred people. It might be very scary for the first time, because many thoughts of fear are created by your mind.Mainly the fear of failing or making a mistake. If instead of thoughts of fear you put positive thoughts in your mind, Your confidence level will be improved.
Follow this simple technique, stand still for few minutes and put yourself in deep relaxation. Now imagine you are standing on the podium and hundred people are waiting for your speech. Now mentally you project yourself giving the speech, convince your mind that you can give a successful speech, mentally imagine people are enjoying your speech. Repeat this exercise couple of times a day and you will be amazed by the results.
This technique can be applied to any type of fear.
